Conference registration

To confirm your participation you have to fulfill an online registration form Your registration is considered to be complete, as far as you send a copy of fee payment confirmation to our e-mail: itas@iitp.ru. If you have any problems with registration or payment, contact Conference Committee through the same e-mail.

This year the conference consists of 2 parts:

• First part (August, 19-22) take place in Onego Palace Hotel in Petrozavodsk. This part includes most of the lectures and also mathematical and technical sessions.
• Second Part (August, 22-25) is going to be in hotel “Derevnya Aleksandrovka” near Petrozavodsk on Pertozero lake shore. This part is mostly dedicated to linguistics and bioinformatics.

Registration types:

1. Only 1st part of the Conference with accommodation:
• Bed in double room in “Onego Palace” from 19th till 22nd;
• CD with ITaS’12 Proceedings, pen, notebook and bag;
• Participation in all conference events;
• Welcome-party 
2. Only 2nd part of the Conference with accommodation:
   • Bed in double room in “Derevnya Aleksandrovka” from 22nd till 25th;
   • Participation in all conference events;
   • CD with ITaS’12 Proceedings, pen, notebook and bag;
   • Attendee closing party.
3. Full registration with accommodation includes both registrations for the 1st and for the 2nd parts.


4. Registration without accommodation:
   • Welcome-party;
   • Participation in all conference events;
   • CD with ITaS’12 Proceedings, pen, notebook and bag;
   • Attendee closing party.

 

 

The registration cancellation deadline is June 15, 2012. Registration cancellations received on or before June 15, 2012 will be eligible for a full refund. The letter of registration cancellation has to be sent to itas@iitp.ru.
